What a wonderful thing it is that God, the Creator of the whole universe, is our Heavenly Father. That, if we accept Christ as our risen Savior, His Holy Spirit dwells in our hearts and we are adopted as God’s chosen people. As His children, our duty is to trust and obey Him.
The same God who counts the stars and calls them by name (Psalm 147:4) who “..commanded the morning and caused the dawn to know it’s place” (Job 38:12) loves us with an everlasting, tender, love of a parent. Even more so, as our earthly parents are limited but God is infinite.
We can trust in God’s care for us, because He is infinitely trustworthy. He knows our every care, and He counts and bottles up our tears (Psalm 56:8). He promises justice for us in every situation (Romans 12:19) and assures us in Luke 21:18, that not even a single hair on our head will perish. Truly His love, concern, kindness and compassion towards us is beyond measure.
