Have you ever carried a problem in your heart that is very personal and you feel you cannot share it with others? You hold on to it and carry this burden. The funny thing is, the longer you hold the burden, the heavier it gets. We are only finite. Carrying your burdens on your own will eventually wear you down. Thankfully we have a Heavenly Father who is infinite and can carry our burdens for us. In fact He tells us to do just that in Psalm 55:22. So whatever is worrying you, giver it over to Him. GOD is more than able to carry your burden and unlike us, He will not tire nor grow weary. In fact, He will help you overcome whatever is worrying you and will renew your strength. Trust Him. For the GOD who moves mountains and parts seas, your problem is not a problem that He cannot fix.
