Are you ever taken by surprise when you realise how deeply you are loved? It could be love from a parent, a spouse, a friend, or a partner. You might wonder what it is you did to deserve that love. Truth is, love, true love, is a gift from the one who loves us. We can’t earn it, it is willingly given to the receiver.

The good news is that every single of us is loved – deeply, sincerely and eternally. GOD is love. It is His nature to want what’s best for us and to care immeasurably for us. Think of it — the One who brought the universe into existence loves you and me.

I hope dear Reader you remember this and that you always feel loved. I cannot wish for you any more love than that we have from our Father in Heaven. And you already have it. May we, like King David in Psalm 136:26 always “give thanks to the God of Heaven, for His steadfast love endures forever.”
