Do you ever watch those superhero type movies? The other night my brother was watching one of the movies from the Avengers series and it struck me how the heroes in the movie always seem to appear at the right time to save a world in distress.

Of course those movies are fiction. But the reality is even more amazing. We have a true Hero in God who unfailingly rescues His people in need.

The Bible is full of historical accounts of people whose faith in God saved them from seemingly impossible challenges. The book of Exodus outlines the story of when GOD heard the cry of His people for deliverance from slavery. Of course the greatest rescue story of all is when Jesus gave up His life to save mankind from sin and overcame death to provide life everlasting.

Have you ever noticed God’s actions in your own life? There have been more than one instance in my life where I encountered a problem I thought I could not overcome only to have GOD provide a solution.

Whatever challenges you might be facing today, I hope you remember that GOD will always provide a way. Psalm 54:4 reminds us that God is our eternal Helper and upholds our life. Even if it feels like you’re alone in your problems just pray and watch the Father come to the rescue. He will save the day.
