Happy New Year! Right now it’s around 3pm in Australia on January 1st 2023. A fresh year, a new month, another day.

It’s common to come up with New Years resolutions at the start of every year. We think about what we want to do next in our lives and what kind of improvements we could make. It’s also natural to have a little anxiety about our future and whether our goals will succeed.

GOD gives us the opportunity to take second chances and make our lives better. Whether 2022 was challenging, joyful or a mixture of the two, I hope your 2023 will be positive for you. I hope it brings joy into your life and draw you closer to GOD.

Whatever our future holds, and whether we succeed in our resolutions, we can be sure that GOD as our loving Father is there to support us all the way. In Jeremiah 29:11, He says “For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the LORD, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.
